Submitting your website to these types of sites is a great way of improving the Google ranking of an existing website. These sites (see list below) are loved by Google. You should incorporate this technique to your SEO strategy.

You can often add a RSS feed url to these sites as well so if you have a blog on your website make sure you submit that too.
